The App is a productivity and organizational tool. It does not provide educational content, curriculum guidance, or teaching methodology advice.

2. Not a Financial or Legal Advisory App

CoachingMate is not a financial advisory, accounting, tax preparation, or legal advisory application. While the App includes features for tracking tuition fees and payments, these features are provided for organizational and record-keeping purposes only.

The fee management features should not be relied upon as the sole source of financial record-keeping. Users are advised to maintain independent financial records and consult with qualified financial or legal professionals for financial and legal matters.

3. No Responsibility for Financial Disputes

CoachingMate and its developers are not responsible for any financial disputes, disagreements, or claims that may arise between educators and students, parents, or guardians in connection with fee records, payment tracking, or any other financial data maintained using the App.

Users acknowledge that they are solely responsible for the accuracy of financial records entered into the App and for resolving any disputes arising from fee collection or payment matters.

4. No Government Affiliation

CoachingMate is an independent, privately developed application. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with any government body, government agency, educational board, educational institution, or regulatory authority at any level — local, state, national, or international.

Any references to educational practices, grading systems, or administrative processes within the App are generic and not specific to any particular educational board or government curriculum.

5. No Guarantee of Accuracy

While we strive to provide a reliable and functional application, CoachingMate does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any data processed, stored, or displayed by the App. The accuracy of all data is entirely dependent on the information entered by the user.

CoachingMate shall not be held liable for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the data managed through the App.

6. Data Loss

As all data is stored locally on the user's device, CoachingMate is not responsible for any data loss that may occur due to device damage, theft, factory reset, app uninstallation, operating system updates, or any other reason. Users are strongly advised to regularly back up their device data.
