Since CoachingMate stores all data locally on your device, it's important to create regular backups to prevent data loss. Here's how:

  1. 1 Open your device's Settings app
  2. 2 Navigate to System β†’ Backup (or Google β†’ Backup)
  3. 3 Ensure "Back up to Google Drive" is enabled
  4. 4 Tap "Back up now" to create an immediate backup

⚠️ Important: If CoachingMate has an in-app export feature, use that to create a separate backup file. Device-level backups may not always include app-specific data.

If you've backed up your data and need to restore it (e.g., after reinstalling the app or getting a new phone):

  1. 1 Install CoachingMate from the Google Play Store on your new or reset device
  2. 2 During device setup, select "Restore from backup" when prompted
  3. 3 If using an in-app import feature, open CoachingMate and use the import/restore option
  4. 4 Select your backup file and wait for the restore process to complete

CoachingMate allows you to generate and export reports for attendance, fees, and exam results:

🚫 How to Remove Ads

Currently, CoachingMate is entirely ad-supported and there is no option to remove ads. Ads help us keep the app free for all educators.

If we introduce an optional ad-free experience in the future, we will notify users through in-app updates. Rest assured that all features will remain free regardless.
